Why should we want a dictatorial monarchy in the 21st century and regard that as utopia?
Monarchy was the most common form of government until the 19th century, but it is no longer prevalent. Where it exists, it is now usually a constitutional monarchy. But Moshiach is often described as a supreme leader. Why go back to a failed system?
